Overall enhancement of the experience

By utilising data analytics, I identified existing issues and designed sustainable and effective solutions to improve user engagement rates. I also introduced new features aimed at addressing user pain points while simultaneously making the gameplay more enjoyable and interactive.

Vernacular

Our team incorporated vernacular features aimed at improving user comprehension of the content. Within just three months, we added support for six languages. As part of this effort, I designed the end-to-end worksheet experience, as well as overseeing the voice-overs and animations for the mascot.
